How long does shipping from China take?
Air freight is typically 3-5 days to Europe and 4-6 days to the US. Ocean freight is about 28-35 days to Europe and 18-30 days to the US. China-Europe rail is about 12-18 days, subject to routing, space and customs.
How do I get a quote?
Submit the quote form with your origin, destination, commodity, weight/volume and target shipping date. We will reply within 2 business hours.
Do you offer door-to-door and DDP?
Yes. We can arrange factory pickup, export customs, international freight, import clearance and delivery. For DDP, confirm duty/VAT responsibility and importer requirements in advance.
How can I track my shipment?
Use the Track page with your waybill number and the email or last 4 digits of the phone number on file. You can also contact your account manager.
What documents are required?
Usually a commercial invoice, packing list, contract or purchase order, export declaration and bill of lading or air waybill. Some cargo also needs a certificate of origin, inspection, license, MSDS or brand authorization.
Can you ship batteries or dangerous goods?
Please ask us first. Batteries, liquids, powders and dangerous goods require UN numbers, MSDS, packaging certificates and carrier approval. Some routes may be restricted.
